In our specialized skills and drills class we still do all the great cardio training, like in the Cardio Kickboxing, but this extra class focuses on taking the skills up a notch.
This class will help you get better at all the moves.In the fast paced Cardio Kickboxing you do not always get an opportunity to ask extra questions about the moves. Now you can !!!
The training focus is on building your skills and confidence level in your own abilities.
You will learn proper execution of all your kicks and punches, how to flow through the many combinations of moves that are involved in Kickboxing !
