Equipped with lots Cardio Equipment, Treadmills, Steppers, Elliptical Cross-trainers, Lots of Multi-stations and other machines. , 2 Cable Crossovers 9 which is rare, Smith Machine, Hammer Strength, Cibex, and numerous other weight stations. We have Tons of Free Weights with3 Full Dumbbell Racks.There is NO WAY to tell you all the bonuses and show you how amazing our place really is.

For our Boxer's, Kickboxer's and Martial-Arts participants
we have a various sparring pads, gloves, head protectors, foot and shin
pads, and more like a Mok Jong Kung Fu Wooden Dummy (Like in the Jackie
Chan Movies) and even a full contact self defense suit.
3 FULLY MIRRORED open training studios
for members use. No classes you
can do anything (Almost) in these areas on your own. Choreograph moves,
check technique, or just get lost in your own training. Watch and perfect
your form, applications and techniques.
We keep Safety as
a TOP PRIORITY, so train hard, in a fun supportive environment, safely!!!
Our upper training room has large exterior windows on
the east and southface.
Parents, family, guests and friends are always welcome to watch our members classes from the sitting area. Our change rooms are equipped with lockers and we also have showers. All equipment including the specialized martial arts training pads are available for members use throughout the fitness centre.
